Moringa Guest farm, founded in 1972 and therefore one of the
first to open their hospitable doors to tourists, is worth a

Moringa
Guest farm is family owned in the 3. generation of Boemckers
and up till today it is run in the old and traditional way
of Namibian hospitality. The family atmosphere at Moringa
Guest farm is refreshing and relaxing after your long
journey, besides the farm is only 140 km distanced from
Windhoek and it takes you a mere 2 hours drive from
International Airport.
Moringa Guest farm will provide excellent Namibian
cuisine of Maxi Boehmcker that will add to your pleasure.
Namibian cuisine consist of a mix of German, English and
Afrikaans dishes, so you will find a rich variety of
delectable specialties. And if you have to follow a diet,
even here Maxi will serve you meals according to your
wishes.
Moringa Guest farm is also a cattle breeding farm and offers
fresh milk, cream cheese as well as from their own garden
fruits, vegetables and homemade jams.

Moringa Guest farm activities. Game drives through
dense bushveld, where you can view lots game, e. g. the rare
waterbuck, ostriches, giraffes and a variety of antelopes.
Guided hikes are offered, especially to the Moringa forest,
growing on two huge basalt hills on the farm and one of the
biggest of this kind in Namibia. These trees are about 250 -
300 years old and not so often found.
If you simply want to relax and enjoy the sun, you will find a great
swimming pool area, where you can let yourself be spoiled by
Maxi with homemade lemonade and cookies or in the afternoon
with a sundowner. On cool days a sauna is waiting for you.
